Yes, they were nice. I wish they would have communicated better. What makes me more upset about this is: I had my vehicle TOWED up there. My battery was dead dead. They fixed my water pump, no problem. My problem is when I called multiple times leaving a voicemail asking the status on my truck and barely getting a response. When they finally called to tell me it's ready, I pay and leave. My sunroof was cracked open and there's water all on my floors. Puddles of water on the passenger side floor. D&R auto repair is the best auto-repair shop I have ever been to Raquel in the office is wonderful. If your car's in the shop or your parts are ordered, they're constantly in touch with you to let you know when and what time your car will be ready? Or the part will come in, so they can fix it. The mechanics, there, a wonderful they're excellent. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs any kind of auto repair done.
Raquel is very professional and gets you taking care of quick. My car was in and out in a day. The whole shop is knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them. They do not charge an arm and a leg. So if your needing great work fast done they are the shop to come to.
Such a fun shop! Very helpful and quick service. They will do anything to try yo help with any work you need done. Thankful for them!
