Never gave us are quote and when they were late I had to call and Douglas Sr just made an excuse. He lives in walking distance and was still an hour late. Very unprofessional.
Doug and Deb did a great job on my roof. They handled everything with the insurance company and made it very easy. After the work was completed everything looked great except they forgot the down spouts. I talked to Doug about it and they had them up within the next couple of days. Perfection is something we strive for but when they don't reach it, they show up, take care of it and make it right.
Great at what they do and outstanding employer to work for.
8-7-2024 Just had Doug & Debby Queen re-roof both my garage and house. They did a fantastic job and did it in two days. Cleaned up all trash, hauled it off, took care to protect shrubbery and get all old nails out of the yard.
