I have very serious concerns about cleanliness. Watched the nail tech pull the toe separator from my feet and put it back into the drawer she originally took it from to use on me. She wiped the pedicure caddy off with the towel she used to dry my feet. The cuticle trimmer wasn’t pulled from a clean package, but also came from the disgusting drawer with the used toe separator. I loved the ladies here they were so kind had great customer service!!! Prices were great and she paid great attention to detail on my nails,and my eye brows!! Highly recommend+!

Went in to get my nails redone yesterday. I showed the person when I got there what I wanted. Even showed them the video. The guy cut me when cleaning w cuticles. The color was not what what I showed them at all. On top of that when they attempted to put the cat eye design on top they tried making it look like it- even though it looked nothing like it.
