The communication between husband and wife is sorely lacking. When my daughter and I went in to have our nails removed, the wife wasn't rude, but she told my daughter she should have said that I wanted to have my nails removed. My daughter called maybe an hour beforehand, and told the husband THAT BOTH OF US WANTED OUR NAILS REMOVED. The job the wife did was extremely poor, because I STILL HAVE PRODUCT ON MY FINGERNAILS, and so does my daughter. We had our nails 'removed' on April 11th. I got a gel fill. Staff were very nice, and quick. But rushed through the fill. Nails were not smooth, paint left all over cuticles and finger.
I love this salon! Every-time I have went here they are very kind & gentle with the hands & make sure I like what they have done to my nails & pricing is always reasonable Definetly recommend!
They did an amazing job and always have the best customer service.
