My friend leased a car here 6 months ago and despite talking with them every month, it took 6 months to receive the title. It turns out they lost some paperwork and didn't know it.
My friend leased a car here 6 months ago and despite talking with them every month has not yet received the title. As a result, he can't register the car, and soon will be unable to drive it because it won't have a tag. He filed a complaint with Secretary of State office and they tried to help but DPatrick has still not provided the title. The Secretary of State has just told us to go to court, which we are now doing.
Always been pleased with service. Tire prices lil higher than searching yourself
Horrible service, took over 6 months to get work done, horrible communication and horrible experience. I would not recommend this place or this dealership to anyone.
