I made an appointment in early September 2026 on a Saturday to see if I can get my AWD clutch fluid changed on my VW Taos! I called the Thursday before and wanted to know the estimate for the work and left a voicemail, I received no call back, I called the next day and talked to a lady who didn’t seem to know what I was talking about and said she’d get an advisor to call me back, I also rescheduled my appointment to give them time to call back, no one ever did.. This review will be encompassing for both the Volkswagen service department as well as sales. Ultimately, my sales experience was straightforward because I know what I want and I have an expectation. This review is an amendment to the first posted in 2019 as this is my second vehicle purchase from D-Patrick Motoplex – Certified Pre-Owned Cars.
