Llevé mi Nissan Murano por el cambio del fluido de la transmision, y Exelente atención y muy rápido todo el servicio , además, me hicieron la Defectación detallada del auto. Muy agradecido a José y todo el grupo de trabajo. Los recomiendo 100% !!!!!

Would not recommend this dealership or service department. “The $1,400 repair that you paid for didn’t work so we need to do a $5,000 repair to actually fix your vehicle.” The real problem with this is that they didn’t tell me that the $1,400 repair might not work. Had they, I may bought a new vehicle instead of wasting money. I did get a new vehicle from Subaru. Shop at Romain, they have integrity.

I called the service department this morning to find out if my vehicle was due an oil change. The man who answered the phone was grouchy rude and abrasive. I ended up ending our conversation and calling Lauren, who runs the express oil change desk, directly. She was a five star. Very customer friendly!!
