I think the parts guy in the back thought I was on hold when he was dropping F bombs to his co- workers. This is my second bad experience at this location and why I trailer my two Mercedes to Atlanta for serious service I can’t handle myself. Management in the back didn’t seem to care about the disgruntled attitudes happening. It seems you’re stuck tiptoeing around delicate egos if you want to own a Mercedes in the Evansville Area and need service or parts.
Both of our kids cars were totalled in a week. We had a very short period of time to get them replacements and had a budget. Cade Schnicker worked overtime to get both of them taken care of! He went above and beyond, not only in looking for the right vehicle for the act of their needs, but also helping with the bank, texted regularly with updates, and even painted the scratches on my daughters car before we picked it up!
