I’ve called approximately 10 times since August 4th, and have only been called back once regarding getting my Lincoln repaired. Warranty company has been waiting on pictures since the 11th and I’ve called Dpat 4 times since then and left messages. I even left a message for the Service Manager today at 11:22, and no call. I understand if things take a while or if there was an issue, but at least keep in contact with your customer.
