I am talking about D-Patrick Ford. Almost don’t know where to start. However I took my 2005 F250 with diesel engine. I had lost power so they had it for about a week. Put in a new turbo unit and said it was ready. Problem was it ran just like it did when I took it in so they kept it week after week went by and they kept assuring me they would be able to fix it. ***re is an issue with the exhaust system and they are refusing to cover it although I have warranty. I purchased a platinum bumper to bumper warranty for 4 years ****** miles. *** exhaust pipe is rusted in two on a 2019 **** Ecosport. I reached out to **** to resolve the problem but was told the warranty doesn't cover the exhaust (bumper to bumper warranty). I have owned the vehicle for 4 weeks.
