0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality Parts were ordered and I was never contacted. The first time I dropped it off get a phone call the next day saying they don’t have the parts. Then I had to keep calling to check on the parts. Was told when I dropped it off it would take 2 hours not 3 days 1.5 Star : Customer Service I had to do all the leg work after I received the first quote

5 Star : My Experience The team did an excellent job with the repairs, and they were quick about completing the job and getting me back in my car. But, even more importantly in my experience, they were very personable people. I actually enjoyed my experience, which cannot often be said when dealing with car repairs! I highly recommend D-Patrick Body and Glass (by the airport).
