Working with Dpatrick BMW was the worst car shopping experience I have ever experience in my 30+ years of purchasing vehicles. The first sale rep I was working with ghosted me and stopped responding to my texts when I was attempting to set up a test drive. The second rep did set up a test drive, but would not give me a price on the car that I wanted to buy until I put a down payment down. I have never heard of such a thing. We had a great experience with Mike Riley and Jack Douglas during our recent purchase of a new SUV. Mike was easy to negotiate with as he gave a little and we gave a little and we reached a fair price. Jack was very patient with us as he explained all the technology available in the vehicle. Actually we saw Jack twice and he was very helpful on our second visit as well.
I traded an Audi Q7 for a BMW X3, through D-Patrick. BMW sales team member Mike Riley made the transaction a pleasure. The Audi was a good car but was not working out for me; it is very large, for example. He got me in a CPO BWM X3 that will be a great car for m. Jack Douglas, BMW Genius (the person who delivers the car and give you an in-service) was very thorough and knowledgeable about the BMW and the software interfaces, etc. They did a great job!
I worked with Ashtyn on my purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned model. She was super helpful in coordinating the complicated out of state purchase, arranged for transportation pick up from the nearby airport and had everything ready to go when I was ready to pick it up. Highly recommend.
Adrienne was able to get me the vehicle I really wanted. Everyone there was great and it was a very smooth process.
