I was locked out of the car I called Audi to see how I could unlock the car. the audi app said the car was running to shut it off first but the car was not running. the doors would not unlock the person in service said did I remote start the car I told her it didn't have remote start we were told by the manager they do not have remote starts in the car. then she said to use the spare key and unlock that way there is no key hole in the door handle it seems they really don't know anything about there car. I’ve been meaning to write this overdue review but got side-tracked with the holidays. Just wanted to give a shout out to Zak and the team at the Audi service department for going above and beyond over the past year. We were there the first time while awaiting a recalled part that was on worldwide backorder. We were well taken care of with a courtesy vehicle in the meantime.
