this is our 1st Audi and we were locked out of the car. Called the service department they said use the key that's in the key fob and put it in the key hole and unlock it that way. Great if there was a key hole but there isn't. They dont know much about there cars. I tried using the Audi app and that said shut the engine off but the car wasn't running. going back to Hyundai's. First and last time for Audi.
