Outstanding customer interaction and hospitality! Amazing knowledge of the vehicle that was purchased and the help learning how to program and work the settings in such was done with such expertise and simplicity! It took less than 2 hours from the time we left our home, which is 30 min away, to the dealers ship to have the pen in hand and a new owner of an absolutely beautiful car! We recently purchased an Audi Q5, Mike Riley was our Sales Consultant. He was very helpful, we felt no pressure to make an immediate decision. When we had made our final decision he even came in on his day off to work with us. Jack Douglas , the "Audi Genius", is really that! He patiently went over all the details of the central touchscreen and offered to be available if we have further questions in the future. All in all, a pleasant car buying experience at D-Patrick Audi!

I keep getting mail from them to bring my Audi in for service and I don’t own one an have never owned one and have called them numerous times about this am told the managers and Audi the company yet I still get them. I moved 6 months ago and some how they got my new address and continue to send to me. I tried to talk to a manager Matt and he started getting very rude to say well it’s junk now. We recently bought a Q5 and worked with Kaylee. She was fantastic! Though we kept her late, she was helpful and kind, and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. We could not get back to Evansville to pick up our vehicle, so she delivered it, and we live an hour away. She arrived promptly, and was very helpful in explaining all of the tech on our new car. She has checked in with us since, and is eager to answer any questions we have.
