Purchased a FERRIS mower from Vicki. It’s rare for me to make a review, but the experience with Vicki was so far above the normal industry standard that I felt compelled to share. Not only did she have stock of exactly what we wanted, she made sure we got the best price and had the best buying experience. The separation is her product knowledge and attention to detail. She had all the product manuals with tabs and key information so it left nothing for us to do but enjoy. Above and beyond!
