Decent place to live. I know from experience that the Parker's (owners) are willing to help you out and are kind owners. Rules are pretty strict, but here in Gun Barrel City, i can understand considering the bad drug problem. Price is fair and conditions of apartments are livable and clean. Routine inspections from the Parkers insure spraying for bugs and overall maintanence are maintained. Overall, not a bad place to live. There are nicer apartments in GBC and surrounding areas but you will be paying more.
