I ordered a calzone two days ago online and it still has not arrived. I have a charge on my card and you guys never pick up your phone anytime I call
Great service everytime I come in. The food is amazingly tasty, and is high quality. I love the music that’s always playing in the background, and not too loud. The best calzones in state, I always recommend to everyone!
It took an hour and a half for our food to be delivered. The boxes the calzones were in were totally soggy from snow, the calzones were COLD, but our delivery guy was nice! I still think you guys owe us a refund, especially when you charge a delivery fee! You charge a delivery fee, then you better have the whole deliver-on-time-with-hot-food thing down. Not impressed.
