Called to get my heating system serviced before winter, had an appointment and then they called the day before to let me know they would have to reschedule as they had a bunch of emergency calls to handle. Ok no problem things come up I get it. A week or so later they called to reschedule, my time for service was 10-12, well at 10 what do you know they called again and same thing, sorry we have about 250 emergency calls we have to schedule so we will have to cancel for today. 1 time ok 2 times definitely not, obviously they ... read more

We recently needed some plumbing work done and were referred to Bartlett's Plumbing by Greg's Plumbing, whom we've used before but were unavailable for a few weeks. Bartlett's initially said it might take a couple of days to schedule our appointment, which wasn't an issue for us. To our delight, they showed up the very next day!
