When we first moved here we used them and had no issues but the past couple of tome time you have to beg them to come out or to let you know when they can come out. They set up a time to service my AC and fix my active leaking water heater and cancelled because of rain at the end of the time they said they would come out. I told them I understand not being able to service the AC but they wouldn’t come fix my leak. Called to get my heating system serviced before winter, had an appointment and then they called the day before to let me know they would have to reschedule as they had a bunch of emergency calls to handle. Ok no problem things come up I get it. A week or so later they called to reschedule, my time for service was 10-12, well at 10 what do you know they called again and same thing, sorry we have about 250 emergency calls we have to schedule so we will have to cancel for today. 1 time ok 2 times definitely not, obviously they ... read more
