I called this company on a Friday about a frozen pipe which most would consider a emergency. I was told I would get a call back in a few hours to let me know if they even came as far as my house which is only 20 minutes away anyway but OK. I didn't receive a call back for 5 days yes 5 dam days are you kidding me. This is only my opinion but I personally do not advise using them unless you have plenty of free time to wait around. Thumbs down.
Heat went out on a Saturday, started calling around on Monday and heard end of the week or 'we don't service that brand' from everybody I reached out to. I called Bartlett's on Wednesday, they were out just before the end of the day, and scheduled the fix for Friday. Then they called back and got me in ahead of schedule on a Thursday. Service fee was below what I had been quoted by others. My part was expensive, but that's the way those things go sometimes.
Very disappointed and frustrated. They gave me a quote for the work and told me it would be 4–6 weeks before they could come out. Not ideal, but it was summer, so I understood they were likely busy. After 6 weeks, I started calling repeatedly. Each time, they told me they still planned to do the work but couldn’t give me a date. When we first moved here we used them and had no issues but the past couple of tome time you have to beg them to come out or to let you know when they can come out. They set up a time to service my AC and fix my active leaking water heater and cancelled because of rain at the end of the time they said they would come out. I told them I understand not being able to service the AC but they wouldn’t come fix my leak.
