Scam. Over charge. As a Licensed Plumber/Commercial Chiiler Mechanic I know what to expect in the repair requested and I told them when requesting service what I needed. I was laid up with a Shoulder Surgery. My sub zero Refrigerator was short cycling. So I called D&P to come drop a few ounces of R-134 in. Dan showed up and came in just stared a my Refrigerator and said I needed a new refrigerator that there was nothing they could do. Being there only two minutes Dan demanded a $75 service call fee. RecommendedSUPER helpful and friendly, and even has awesome knowledge and advice. Our freezer wasn’t cooling to temp and we needed a new one. He was always on top of things checking in during the diagnosis process. Once deemed our fridge needed to be scrapped he gave us a lot of info on good brands and brands that majority of repair techs will ABSOLUTELY not touch so to try and avoid those! Would definitely recommend!

I called, they came in 2 hrs and had the blower motor for my refrigerator with them and fixed it! Sooooo very happy with their service!!!! Very friendly too! YAY!!!! THANK YOU D&P!!!!!!!
I called on Thursday, they came the next day, identified and repaired the problem and got us back to a functioning household again!! Thanks Paul!!!

Paul was a great help by supplying me the part I needed for my refridgerator! If it wasnt for him I would be waiting until July 22nd for the part.
The owner of the company is a very professional, personable, knowledgeable man. This is the second time we have had to use their services in the last 15 years. They were here for 20 minutes, and my dryer was fixed! Highly recommended.
