Been coming here for 2 years now and they keep upping prices but not the service. A French fill in with gel just ran me $80....... She rang me up with a color powder full set. I said wait no I had a fill in???? The prices in the book don't match whatever they ring you up under. You ask for gel and they'll put on the powder and charge you for it which is insane. I have been amazingly pleased every time! Jasmine does the best acrylics!!! I feel very well taken care of and important every visit. Very clean and feel they take every precaution.
Great pedicure but when I got home I realized the black pedicure I asked for was actually ink blue with tiny sparkles it it. The gel pedicure was $49 and I tipped the lady who did such a great job $20 extra. I spent $69 on this... They were kind and changed the color to black like I originally asked but I wasted time and gas to get this corrected. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I received a less than satisfactory experience here but it will be my last.
Too many staffs that have no idea what they are doing. They have a lot of elderly peuple who have no idea how to make nails. I came in for a french pedicure the lady cut my nails so low that i couldn’t even get that. Mind you I hadn’t cut my nails in 2+ months to ensure they were going to be long enough for a french pedicure. I ended up getting pink after 2 HOURS for a gel pedicure. She messed up so bad that she had to put 5 coats of gel which is bad for your nails. A week later my big toe nail broke in half ( horizontally) ... read more
