Terrible service! They have an unlicensed lashes tech doing lashes in the back who absolutely knows nothing about what’s she’s doing and when asked to fix them or give a refund they are not willing to provide one due to a non existent policy!
I love this place. The owner, Nathalie, is really nice. I got a trim and she fixed my hair completely without making it too short just like I asked her. Got a really good blowout too. Very fair prices - would recommend!
