I have been going to D's Nails every two weeks for many years. They always accomodate me and when I walk in it feels like family. Don and his staff are top notch and provide wonderful service. I was in the salon today when their internet & card machine were down, you could also tell because they normally have music & television on but the internet was not working. Had me late for work on a fault of their card machine being completely down. - Refused to let me leave and comeback regardless of me being a bi weekly customer for years. Requested I take a cash advance out of the bank to pay for their faulty machine and barely offered any sort of discount for the inconvenience… When I went to get the Cash Advance next door after being bullied into it, they made me leave my phone… like I said I spend upwards of $200 regularly on services for years.
