My usual nail tech has left. This is the first time Kaitlyn has done my manicure. I shake, so I'm harder to work on. Kaitlyn did an amazing job. She was thorough, very gentle, and even added extra sparkle and shine. She heard me talking to a friend about bling. I didn't know Kaitlyn was adding the special touch. I was so excited.
