With the COVID limitations, he walked my husband thru diagnosing our problem with a refrigerator/freezer. They talked and we sent photos at certain steps and he lead us to the part we needed to buy ourselves on EBAY. He directed us to call him back when the part arrives and he will talk us thru swapping out the part. 200% SATISFACTION!

D & N is a family owned and operated business with the highest standards of service and work ethic. They are beyond fair with pricing on their used appliances and service them all the way to kingdom come! (Well at least a good ways away.) We bought a used washer and dryer set from them in 2004 and the washer lasted until last year, and the dryer is still working 4+ hours a day!
