This company is AWFUL. Only a few months into my rent the ceiling collapsed and almost hit my daughter. It took them about a month to repair with no remediation. Just 'closed up' the hole. Meanwhile one of their managers told me "black mold is safe, it only effects you if you are allergic". I demanded to move out because I was pregnant and had 3 children already exposed to this mess! They not only took 3200 from me (first and last months rent) but put me in collections for 1000. I have a video of how clean I left the house. ... read more
