This company is AWFUL. Only a few months into my rent the ceiling collapsed and almost hit my daughter. It took them about a month to repair with no remediation. Just 'closed up' the hole. Meanwhile one of their managers told me "black mold is safe, it only effects you if you are allergic". I demanded to move out because I was pregnant and had 3 children already exposed to this mess! Had an appointment with The Real Estate Agent, Cheryl Debro, and she didn't show up to a rental viewing. Didn't respond to phone calls when i tried to call. Never followed up with me. Highly disappointing as i wanted to see a few different rentals the company has to offer. Edit: In response to the DNA property management. Cheryl was not at the property waiting for me. So far so good They are pretty prompt to address repairs. Stephanie placed us in a really nice house. She also communicated with us every step of the way during our long distance move.
Caroline Velez was amazing, always there to answer our questions and concerns we had.
