Paid cash for a new hvac unit almost 2 years ago and had problems with a rattling noise shortly after which I had to figure out my self after 3 people came out and had no idea what to do to resolve it. Now one unit stop working and they charge 165$ for some loose wires. How do wires get loose? If the wires were loose that means they were not properly tightened when installed This company is a rip off sending out inexperienced technicians and over charging for something that clearly wasn’t installed properly from the get go. ... read more
