The service at this location is very poor. On our first appointment we were charged a large amount but was not advised until I was at the office. They stated that if the insurance would cover it we would get a refund. I told them to let patients know ahead of time. On the second visit we had the same issue. In addition we perceived lack of empathy, support and connection with Dr Murffi.
