Ana is my go-to! I'm a college student and have been coming here for haircuts for 3 years. She's trustworthy, remembers my typical cut, flexible with my class/work schedule, very skilled and knowledgable, and a great, kind person to talk to. I feel very comfortable in her chair and always leave with a soft, refreshing haircut for a reasonable price. Can't recommend Ana enough!
Came here as a walk in because my regular salon messed up my appointment. I had an incredible experience with Ana, she listened to my needs and gave her own ideas and advice, and I got a much better haircut than other places I've been to and for less cost! I will definitely make this my new regular salon, I can't wait to experiment more with my hair now since I trust that Ana will deliver an amazing result. So happy I found this place!
Owner not understanding at all. I tried to cancel an appointment for my 86 year old mom, 3 hours prior, Anna didn't answer the phone. Finally 1 hour before the appointment she did. I explained the circumstances, she was cold and said you cancelled late. I tried to reschedule, she said I don't have availability and brushed me off. Lacking compassion and not professional. 100 other hair dressers in a 2 mile radius and doesn't stop at her
