Kind, efficient and excellent service! They were helpful and wonderful. Willing to listen to my concerns for delivery and upfront with what they could do. Delivery was as promised and flowers were beautiful. I highly recommend!
After using McLeod's for years, I called this morning to try to order a funeral flower display for my Grandfather's upcoming funeral. I spoke with a woman who was so unhelpful and unpleasant that I made the decision part way through the order to call another shop. Upon telling the woman that I would call elsewhere, she didn't respond and loudly and rudely hung up the phone. Grew up in Concord but live in Los Angeles now. Been using McLeod for most of my life. They seem to only get better as time goes on. They are extremely kind and helpful and always go above and beyond for delivery. They ALWAYS ensure my elderly mother gets her flowers as easy as possible. I usually decide on a bouquet but this year opted for the "designers choice" which I had never seen before. An ABSOLUTE BARGAIN.
