Had a pipe burst on my main line while on vacation. Called on Monday and Zach came out Tuesday. He went to work immediately and fixed the busted pipe on the spot. After running a pressure test he discovered the gauge was bad and was able to replace it immediately too! He also added a shut off valve on my patio so now if I ever have an issue again I've got easy access to turn off the water. Zach was courteous and professional, he really knows his stuff. I called to request service and they had Brett here within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the issue, and I really appreciated that he gave me options...replace some parts, replace all parts inside tank, or replace entire toilet, and the costs associated with each option. Brett made the repairs at a cost we could afford. Prompt, friendly, and professional service. They have my loyalty as a customer. I highly recommend D. Martel for all your plumbing needs!
