I called to request service and they had Brett here within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the issue, and I really appreciated that he gave me options...replace some parts, replace all parts inside tank, or replace entire toilet, and the costs associated with each option. Brett made the repairs at a cost we could afford. Prompt, friendly, and professional service. They have my loyalty as a customer. I highly recommend D. Martel for all your plumbing needs!

D.Martel Plumbing is a fine company. Zack K. did a very good job repairing a toilet and making sure it was firmly affixed to the floor. Then he completed a complicated repair replacing a cold water valve for a Roman tub. He found the needed replacement part through Delta and gave me the details for me to order it. The valve was located inside a tight compartment only accessible from the outside of my house. Working with my contractor, the space was made larger to allow Zack to work on it.
