First they forgot to bring me a tank and once they brought a tank out to me it was dirty and rusted. They told me they had cleaned and sanitized it already. I Was told they would bring me one next Monday and they forgot and then was told again they would try again next week …. Frustrating to say the least.
We switched over to this company quite a few years ago and until fairly recently was fantastic service .Now tho we haven't had a bulk delivery in at least 2-3 months.100 gallon tank is completely empty. Lady answering phone keeps changing reason why they can't deliver water. My bill has been paid every month in full so that's not it. I hope the owner sees this becouse I'm at a loss He's losing a longtime customer. Time for new water service :(
