Max was excellent to deal with. We wanted 6 dining chairs recovered. he explained why our chairs were sagging he showed us the original manufacturer used the wrong type of strapping! We chose new material and left the chair bottoms with him. It took one week to complete and get them back. His workmanship excellent, we highly recommend Max. Excellent communication and very fair pricing.
A true and true upholstery artisan and craftsman. I asked him for something he had never done before (I'm that guy, I suppose) for our dining set, and he delivered without breaking a sweat (some other upholstery shop at a nearby mall had refused my work request). Impeccable work. Don't get fooled by the unassuming shop (literally a hole in the wall, as pictured on Maps): he's on another level altogether.
I own a barbershop uptown Waterloo and i needed a bar stool that needed to be re upholstered. They said it would be done by the end of the week but to my surprise it was amazingly well done by the next day! :) The service, quality, responsiveness was some of the best i have ever had. I would definitely recommend them for all your re upholstery needs, the pricing was also great. Thank you for the excellent and fast service!
