I have no idea what any of these other people are talking about we have used them for the last nine years they've always been on time great prices and great quality stuff. In fact I'm ordering things today, and great customer service Pastor Dwayne Black from the Sanctuary Church in Fort Lauderdale
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I basically had the same experience as the review before me. They made a mistake and did not want to take responsibility for it, the lady was so rude and snarky. We have ordered from them several times and they had no desire to resolve the issue nor keep us as a customer. By far the worst customer experience I've ever come across!!!
Outcome: Didn't get what I was looking for and horrible customer service!!! I called looking for assistance with a name and logo print on shirt(s). I showed a current example of what we had that I wanted to improve. I was asked to pay $85.00 for them assisting in changing the font "letter(s) stitch needed to be wider for better quality" I was told.
