I had my windows tinted there a few weeks ago. There were so many bubbles that never “disappeared”. Not to mention, so much trash under the tint. Lint. Dirt. Hair. I understand that some dirt is inevitable, but this is BAD! I called and they offered to redo it and now it’s worse this second time. The girl in the office is super sweet and service has been fine, but I just can’t understand how I’ve had my windows tinted a billion times before and never had so many issues with dirt under it. D & M put solar film on our home windows years ago, and we had to have one pane of glass replaced recently. D & M was here the next day and had us fixed up in no time. I call that excellent customer service! Thanks Mr. Don!
We just had our 4th vehicle tinted there. They do a great job. Highly recommend. I just wish they would have told us they went up on their prices, when we called for an appointment. We paid 165 for the last 3 vehicles, and that price included the eyebrow. This last one, we paid $170 + $70 for the eyebrow. Disclose this adjustment in your pricing, or add “starting at” $170. I still recommend them 100%.
