Everytime -- I'm glad I did; Dwayne's approach to maintenance is "preventive care" aside from the obvious service and if he finds something; he'll call, explain things and his cost is very reasonable! Nothing is cheap anymore (aside from some business practices today) but when it comes to long term reliability; I gladly pay D & M Sales and Outdoor Power for this reliable quality of care!!
