Excellent people. Quick turnaround on repairs, honest and highly knowledgeable. Won't go anywhere else to get my mower serviced or to purchase a new country clipper.
In spite of thinking "I dont really need an Annual Service on my zero turn lawnmower," I bring it in anyway! Everytime -- I'm glad I did; Dwayne's approach to maintenance is "preventive care" aside from the obvious service and if he finds something; he'll call, explain things and his cost is very reasonable! Nothing is cheap anymore (aside from some business practices today) but when it comes to long term reliability; I gladly pay D & M Sales and Outdoor Power for this reliable quality of care!!
