I wouldn't recommend anyone renting from them. Very unprofessional and it took months to get our security deposit back!!! They allowed their maintenance men to go into our town home NUMEROUS times without notice or an emergency and it made my husband and I very uncomfortable, though we read our lease which stated that it was some sort of agreement to which they could enter at any time we feel as though they abused their power of access by doing so. This rental company is a complete joke!!! The apartment was filthy when I moved in, the pipes were always freezing and would take forever to get them fixed. My entire kitchen was covered in water because they didn't do repairs properly, but never offered to help pay for water. Then upon move out I cleaned for two days and they would not give me my full security deposit back. Apparently "a cleaning was need", I have never gotten less than my security deposit back!! Never again will I rent from this company!!
Never Rent from this Co. We rented a house the roof leaked in every room they new that prior to us moving in them Maintenance man told us, he would fix it. In 6 mo. they never even tried one time. Plus the man next door owned his home, filled bankruptcy his shed was not named in the bankruptcy. They new we bought the shed.They stole it locked it with one of our stoves in it. I will never rent form these people again! I scrubbed my apartment upon moving out for well over 6 hours and they still wanted to take a $200 Full cleaning fee out of my deposit! I have always gotten my full deposit back with other rental companies and I am just appalled these guys kept mine.
The housing located off exit one (Tiny Town Village II) is not worth the price you pay for them. They have insect problems from where the front and back door wasnt clearanced properly before installation. Also, the buildings are poorly insulated so expect an electric bill as high as what you would pay for a 1400+ sq ft home. It has been over 2 months and I have still yet to receive my deposit and pro rated rent return.
