My hot water tank went out on the morning of Wednesday, 8/20, and I immediately called D.M. Plumbing & Heating since they’re conveniently located right around the corner from me. I explained my situation, and without hesitation they reassured me they could install a new tank later that same day. True to their word, the technicians arrived promptly and were professional, friendly, and very thorough with the installation. I just had David from DM plumbing in Amherst out to fix a copper pipe leak in a very difficult place to reach. It was wedged above the vent for the heating and ac, between upstairs floor and downstairs ceiling. He was very respectful, reasonable, patient and knowledgeable and explained everything. I will use again and was very pleased with their service and pricing. He cleaned up everything.

Had an issue with water backing up into the basement. Dale and Omar came out and correctly diagnosed, and then quickly fixed the issue. The price seemed to be very fair, and the two guys doing the work couldn’t have been nicer.
