DM Plumbing & Heating just replaced my furnace and they were a joy to do business with. They were prompt and always came when they said they would. Given the recent weather, we were without heat so they installed the furnace on a Saturday and the AC unit a few days later. In the past they always recommended fixing our furnace and said it was worth fixing instead of replacement, so when they said it was time it was easy to agree. My hot water tank went out on the morning of Wednesday, 8/20, and I immediately called D.M. Plumbing & Heating since they’re conveniently located right around the corner from me. I explained my situation, and without hesitation they reassured me they could install a new tank later that same day. Great customer service from the phone call to make the appointment to the plumbers that came out to the house. Kind and very knowledgeable!!
I just had David from DM plumbing in Amherst out to fix a copper pipe leak in a very difficult place to reach. It was wedged above the vent for the heating and ac, between upstairs floor and downstairs ceiling. He was very respectful, reasonable, patient and knowledgeable and explained everything. I will use again and was very pleased with their service and pricing. He cleaned up everything.
