Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience in this building. contaminated water (including sewage) leaked from the unit above into our bathroom through the ceiling vent. This caused severe contamination and posed serious health risks. Although the issue was immediately reported to the building superintendent, we did not receive an appropriate response. WARNING DO NOT RENT HERE AT THIS TIME Wow Low maintenance in building, presently no security, 4100 is under underground garage maintenance (no end date could take years)and cars are being ticketed for parking wherever they can as they were told to do by office staff. However tickets being given for parking on “private property”. All vehicle are allowed by lease to parking spots. But this is being neglected as snow was not cleared and all had a very difficult time finding spots not to mention the back lots that used to be ten... read more
