Never picks up the phone. Been calling almost everyday for weeks now
Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience in this building. contaminated water (including sewage) leaked from the unit above into our bathroom through the ceiling vent. This caused severe contamination and posed serious health risks. Although the issue was immediately reported to the building superintendent, we did not receive an appropriate response. Instead of providing a practical solution or arranging professional cleaning, the management responded in a dismissive and unhelpful manner. This is not the first time ... read more
