They are Atrocious I had the AC installed thru them for our newly built house, it has never worked right since. They are very prompt in returning your calls, but they are INEPT. Please avoid them if you can.... Update: After repeated calling and they did finally fix the AC, Mark is very helpful! I changed my review to 4 stars.

Amazing service from Mark Batchen (at D&M). I had a furnace short cycling and no one could figure out what was going on. Mark figured it out over the course of a few service calls and got it working beautifully. He charged me WAY less than anyone else would have and was professional, knowledgeable, and generally a nice guy. I can't say enough positive things about how well he did the job. This was in Squirrel Hill/

My experience with D & M was entirely positive. Within hours of leaving a message with their secretary describing my HVAC issue, a technician called me back to discuss the situation further. Amazingly, he apologized for not being able to send someone out that same day. This is too good to be true, I thought to myself - contractors always seem to be booked for several weeks if not a month or more.
