I pulled onto the lot in search for both a car, and SUV. The guys walking the lot didn't speak much English and when I asked if someone there spoke English the one guy just walked from me and the other didn't understand. I know the first guy understood more than he said because he understood my questions like do you speak English, and im looking for an suv. It made me feel like just because i don't speak Spanish I wasn't worth the time they would have to put in to get the job done.

They were responsive, fair, flexible, and very friendly. Seemed honest as well. As part of our negotiations, they said they would do a few things to the car, which they did 110%. Ernesto and Dante were great. I would purchase from them again!
