Unfortunately, I have used D & M 3 times in the last yr and have only had expert service and incredible body work from them. Their office staff, Shannon, Nicole and the others, make all paperwork go seamlessly and are friendly and efficient. I would never even think of using another body shop based on my years of experience with D&M. My experiences could not have been better.
I recently took my car to D&M to repair some minor damage from an accident. The service was excellent -- friendly, helpful and courteous. They do very good work and I can recommend them without reservation.
I had a ton of damage to both my front and back bumpers from some different fender benders. D&M came recommended from a friend and boy, did they outdo my expectations. They took absolute complete care of everything from working with my insurance company to making sure that all the parts on my car were replaced with new OEM parts. They kept me informed the entire time and the car looked like I had just driven it brand new off the lot. These folks are absolute professionals through and through. D&M is fantastic. From my first phone call to final pickup, they made everything clear and easy. Stephanie in particular was very attentive and courteous. As for the car, it looks better than it did before it even had damage! I'm so appreciative for the great service and excellent work. Thanks D&M!
Awesome!!! Insurance company sent us to D & M for damage estimate. Damage was minor, Nikki, Shannon offered to buff, polish and touch up for us at no charge.... Sean took care of us.... can't find a more customer oriented auto body in NJ... A Big Thank You
