Good luck ever getting repairs done. Had no hot water for three days in the dead of winter and when we called about it we were told there was nothing they could do because it was the weekend. Just recently had an outlet start smoking in the kitchen, when we called the landlord came and looked at it himself, said he’d put in a work order for the next day and then no one showed up. horrible experience trying to rent my first place.. they have to many properties. and not enough money or people to keep up with them.. was not a pleasant experience at all.. highly recommend going else where unless u want very cheap rent and pray nothing breaks like Heater or ac cause it takes months for them to fix anything experience from other rentals who warned me about these guys but I didn't listen cause they seemed nice at first.. good luck on ur search.
