I do not recommend using this property management company. I rented one of their properties for three years and was consistently a tenant in good standing. I paid my rent on time, communicated professionally, maintained the property, and was repeatedly complimented by management for doing so. Despite that history, they withheld a significant portion of my security deposit for items that were clearly the result of normal wear and tear rather than tenant-caused damage. I inquired about a property and got reached out to by a Jessica. Every time she would set something up to meet with me, she either forgot or something came up to where she couldn't meet.
