Okay landlord but almost impossible to get ahold of when you need to call him when he aint in the office. Been fighting to get my ac fixed for a week
doesn't follow through on neighbor complaints, asked for the last 2 months for him to ask a neighbor to stop blasting music at 530 in the morning, nothing done. ac being turned off or simply not working and taking weeks to repair. no insect spraying of any kind. I wouldn't recommend anyone renting from him at this apartment location
Rented from Dennis for over 15 years. Amazing experience. Has best contacts for ac. Repairs. Appliances. Plumbing. Easy relationship to do business. Consider working with Dennis & son like family.
Professional and very kind to their renters. I highly recommend this company.
