doesn't follow through on neighbor complaints, asked for the last 2 months for him to ask a neighbor to stop blasting music at 530 in the morning, nothing done. ac being turned off or simply not working and taking weeks to repair. no insect spraying of any kind. I wouldn't recommend anyone renting from him at this apartment location

Doesnt do pest maintenance, guy he hires is always days late and drunk. Maintenance is nonexistent, have had a leaking shower faucet for over a year after multiple calls to maintenance. If you're looking for a slumlord you found one
