I should have reviewed these people’s comments before asking to do work! I asked them to come out and give me an estimate I thought they were good people. So I hired them to cut down 5 pine trees for me. Before they got to work I asked for 3 things to provide to the courts in Dallas. ( personal reasons) 1. Proposal 2. Business Lisence 3. These people are NOT running a good reputable business. They cut 3:trees in my front and backyard starting June 23rd and then they just left them there halh way cut, some limbs hanging over the house, and didn't even clean it up. I've been trying to get ahold of Richard and his wife Stacy since mid July till end of August and they haven't returned any of my calls or text messages. Richard and his crew cut 6 trees in my yard and I was very unhappy with their service. Could never get them to finish. I have been waiting for 2 months for them to finish even though they have been paid the majority of their fee. Came begging for money 3 times and I gave in. Big mistake. Don't believe them when they promise to be at your house on a certain day because they never show up. Can't reach them on either phone number after leaving probably 20 messages. Richard and his crew cut 30 plus trees out of my back yard, several were very close to my house and shop building. They did a fantastic job, were very professional, and good communication throughout the job. They were also very reasonable on the total price, and cleaned up and removed all debris to my specifacations. I would highly recomend them for tree service and landscaping service.
