Drove up to D&L propane without realizing what time of day it was. I looked at my vehicle’s clock and it was 11:58. Got out of vehicle and walked up to the door and noticed they close for lunch. I turned around to walk back to my vehicle and I noticed a lady waving me back to the building. She asked what I needed and told her I needed to fill two bottles of propane. We needed a new tank outside and line ran underground to house. They did excellent job setting up our new service. They were reasonably priced and very professional. They even caught a mistake that the plumbing company made running inside gas lines and it was able to be corrected!
the lady on the phone acts like she is doing you a favor selling the product! wow..customer focus people. where would you be without customers? yeah that's right!

They have been my propane company for many years and have given me excellent service. I highly recommend them!
Terrible customer service. I do not recommend them. The lady on the phone said we should get someone else like Jackson Electric to get us propane! So I did and they are cheaper. Don't know what happened to this place but they made it very clear they do not want my business. And now I don't want theirs!
