Renee is the absolute best in the business! I have placed many orders with her over the years and she is always very pleasant to work with and incredibly responsive. Today, for example, I sent in an order by email, and within an hour and a half, I had a proof I had already approved ready to go. Awesome service. She even recognized my name badge at a busy convention once and came to say hi because she remembered our interactions by email. Now that is someone that cares about their customers.
