Thought we had a serious problem with our hot tub. Problem solved with a phone call and some expert and knowledgeable advice. Many thanks to the staff and especially to LJ for prompt and honest service. Dan and Pam Ziegler, Chillicothe.
Nice people but that does cut it. I have a frozen tub now. They came to fix it after they didn't turn the tub on after a service call while I was out of town and a pipe froze. This time after the service call to fix the frozen pipe while out of town again they left the tub off and now it's junk all the pipes r froze!
Thank you so much for all your help this year! Your staff at the Peoria location always have the right answers & have helped us keep a crystal clear pool during this "odd" summer. We are definitely life time customers!
