After weeks still waiting for a quote, they keep saying they will call right back never do, I'm sure they're busy but how long does it take to push a button on the phone? Just needed a round about figure, I'm on a fixed income!
My parents used D&L for years but I'm afraid I won't. They came out for an estimate on July 10, 2025 and as of August 21st we have heard nothing. Called after two weeks to ask if we could expect an estimate soon. Again, nothing. I would have rather they just said 'we don't want the job/your business.' instead of wasting my time.
D&L Plumbing and Heating exceeded my expectations. They determined that my old furnace was beyond repair and provided a clear and fair quote for a new one. Jody and Justin were friendly, efficient and went that extra mile with their installation. I am totally satisfied with the service I received from D&L Plumbing and Heating.
