My parents used D&L for years but I'm afraid I won't. They came out for an estimate on July 10, 2025 and as of August 21st we have heard nothing. Called after two weeks to ask if we could expect an estimate soon. Again, nothing. I would have rather they just said 'we don't want the job/your business.' instead of wasting my time.
D&L Plumbing and Heating exceeded my expectations. They determined that my old furnace was beyond repair and provided a clear and fair quote for a new one. They were very nice and professional, did exactly what I needed done, in a timely manner. Very happy with the final outcome.
